Pattaya’s very own Riviera in the prestigious Wongamat Beach area

When it comes to the property market, Pattaya always surprises and the destination’s new Riviera project is no exception.
The Riviera will take shape within Pattaya’s prestigious Wongamat beach area. Its two towers of 40 and 43 stories will offer luxurious apartments, sky terraces, ocean views and infinity edge pools. It’s theme, Glamorous lifestyle. Ocean Dreams.
The team behind the project is developer Winston Gale and his wife Sukanya. Their vision is to create a landmark project in Pattaya. This undertaking has commenced with the construction of one of the most stunning showrooms on the eastern seaboard. Winston made his name in Pattaya in partnership with developer Rony Fineman of the Nova Group. Together they developed the Palm project at Wongamat and at the 2013 property awards it took home the Best Condo Award for Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard.

Now branching out on their own with the Riviera Group, Winston and Sukanya are quietly and stylishly making their mark on this resort city. While the lights, cameras and model action were underway, I caught up with Winston during the filming of his glamorous new advertisement of the Riviera project. Winston then suggested I take a look at the Palm. Nearing completion, the project’s two towers are almost sold out.

The ride up in the construction elevator will make most people weak at the knees……but then so too will the magnificent view over Pattaya Bay and the islands…… then it was time to head back to the TV commercial shoot. The models Emmy & Lorenzo were now in Bang Saray climbing about a luxurious catamaran with the team from Pirates of Thailand who operate several charter boats — including a replica pirate ship. Our cruise took us alongside Monkey island.Who needs to head to the French Riviera, when there’s glamour like this right here in Pattaya.
