Thai Expat monk saves 3 Holy Cows for merit in Australia

The Abbot of Wat Thai Buddharam in Brisbane coincidentally celebrates his own birthday and Thailand’s Mothers Day and embarks on a bid to spare the lives of 3 Holy Cows on a farm south of Brisbane. He buys them himself and then gets the farmers who owned them, to keep them on his property for the term of their natural lives. He’s managed to convince them that they will have good luck and accumulate much merit by doing this.
