Cycling in Bangkok’s peaceful “Green Lung”

It has been coined by many as “Bangkok’s Green Lung” and it is noticeably cooler than the concrete jungle just a short boat ride across the Chao Praya river. Located where the river bends towards Bang Na, officially in the Samut Prakan district. Also obvious is the complete absence of high rise buildings enforced by strict building regulations courtesy of the government – way back in 1977 – who had proposed to create a version of Singapore’s Sentosa Island.
