Restaurant Hopping — In Search of Ubon Ratchathani Downtown’s Best Eateries

I always get one typical comment from foreign friends, “Thai people love food and eat all the time.” And once again, this is true! I am a Thai and I came to Ubon Ratchathani to see the city’s biggest annual Candle Festival, but, it would have been untrue to myself if I had left the city without exploring its best delicacy and specialty. The food culture of this northeastern city prospers so much,it probably offers the most varied types of cuisine in the region.
