Phuket will be the first destination in Thailand to reopen to vaccinated foreign tourists without quarantine requirements from 1 July, 2021

International travelers are required to remain on the resort island for 14 days before leaving the province to explore other parts of Thailand.

Encouraging medical tourism is a key component of the re-opening strategy.
