Thailand’s beach-side resort city of Pattaya is now home to some stunning condominium projects.

Property developer Raimon Land was one of the first major companies to step into the high end condo scene in Pattaya.

It began with the luxurious Northshore on the beach front followed by the dramatic and acclaimed Northpoint Towers at the stylish Wongamat Beach area.

Northpoint now has a new neighbor. Another Raimon Land project – Zire Wongamat. This beach-side area in north Pattaya is considered the glitzy high end of the market.
