A Dimsum Experience in Sukhumvit

With the festivities of Chinese New Year in full swing it seemed like a great time to investigate that most famous and unique Chinese cuisine; Dimsum.
Billy V went along to the Windsor Suites Hotel to sample authentic Dimsum at the Golden Palace Restaurant. Joined by the hotel’s Managing Director, Khun Bundit we sampled many delicious dishes all prepared in the traditional style. Dimsum has ancient roots as a travelers snack taken with tea along the Silk Route.
