Caviar production in Thailand’s Sturgeon Farm based in Hua Hin

Alexey and Noppadorn are the faces behind the importation of Caviar in Thailand under their “Caviar House” enterprise brand. They are regularly seen promoting their delicacy at swanky high-end social events throughout Thailand. Their latest venture is the opening of a high-tech fish farm with the purpose of producing caviar, sturgeon meat and value-added products for both the national and international markets. Based in Hua Hin, the first phase facility of 1,500 square meters was built for a production capacity of 1,500 kg of black caviar per year.
