BBQ Buttered Jumbo Prawns/Lobster served with Kuchumber Salad

Prawns — 300g
Ginger paste — 1tsp
Garlic paste — 1tsp
Yogurt — 50g
Butter — 20g
Patak’s Butter Chicken Paste — 80g


Red Onion Diced — 1
Tomato deseeded Diced — 1
Cucumber Diced — 1
Fresh Coriander — 2 tbsp
Lemon — 1
Salt — To Taste
Red Chilli Powder — Optional
Chaat Masala – optional


1. Mix together all the ingredients except prawns in a bowl.
2. Add prawns and leave aside to sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook under the grill or on a bar — be — cue and serve with salad.
