Sangkhlaburi is in the remote part of Kanchanaburi Province. The main town, originally inhabited by Karen, has seen an influx of re-settlers: Mon, Burmese, Thai, Lao, and a growing number of Japanese and Westerners. The remoteness of the region adds to the it’s serenity and laid-back atmosphere. As a bonus, the town itself has the longest wooden bridge in Thailand. The signature attraction of Sangkhlaburi. #sangkhlaburi #thailandtravel Post navigation Saphan Phut Night Markets | Full Body Tattoo Bargains Cooking with Blue Elephant | Grilled Fish with Thai Herbs
