Australian forensic specialist Mr. Peter Baines established the charity “Hands Across the Water” in 2004. A charity that focuses entirely on children affected by disaster and abuse in Thailand. There are several major fund raising events each year which draw all kinds of support…. from working class men, to rock legends such as Jimmy Barnes. Tickets for this event were snapped up within hours of going on sale. A capacity crowd had gathered at one of Bangkok’s finest 5 star hotels, the Sheraton Grande Sukumvit.
